Is the bllboard vinyl strong enough for a bag?
The recycled billboard vinyl is tough and waterproof.  The durable vinyl measures 20 mil thick and is 16 oz. per square yard. It´s tear resistant, UV protected and will not wear out!  Yes…it’s strong enough for your Gorilla Sack!

What makes every bag unique?
Each Gorilla Sack is made from a recycled billboard vinyl.  These are the same billboards you see along the highway throughout the United States, although our billboards mainly come from Georgia and California.  Each pattern piece is hand cut to create a bag that doubles as a piece of art!  Therefore, every Gorilla Sack is one-of-a-kind, since each is cut from a unique billboard.  You´ll be the only one with this exact bag!  
 
Why are you using recycled materials?
Why wouldn’t we use recycled material?!  There is already enough waste in the world.  Why not create something unique and practical out of material that would simply be thrown out?
 
How do I clean my bag?
You may simply wipe your bag clean with a damp cloth. For a deeper cleaning or tougher stains, we love safe, non-toxic, biodegradable, environmentally-friendly “Charlie´s Soap”  Your Gorilla Sacks bag is also machine washable - gentle cycle; minor bends and crimps may occur, but these will flatten out and will only add to the uniqueness of your bag! 
 
My bag smells a little strange, is that normal?
Although this rarely happens, it is possible.  We wash all of our billboards with detergent and bleach to kill any bacteria and/or mildew.  However, sometimes a slight odor may remain.  If this does occur, the odor will disappear if you place your bag in the fresh air and sunshine for a day or two!
 
Where does GORILLA SACKS get the billboards?
This is the hard part!  We have a team who work on acquiring them.   Sometimes we even purchased used billboards.

Can I propose a product idea?
Absolutely, we love to hear from our customers and appreciate any feedback on the development of new products.  We might even have the product named after you!
