| THE PROCESS:
Each Gorilla Sack is made from a recycled billboard vinyl. These are the same billboards you see along the highway throughout the United States, although our billboards mainly come from Georgia and California. Each pattern piece is hand cut to create a bag that doubles as a piece of art! Therefore, every Gorilla Sack is one-of-a-kind, since each is cut from a unique billboard. You´ll be the only one with this exact bag.

This billboard vinyl is made to be resilient through all weather conditions, so it´s tough and waterproof. The durable vinyl measures 20 milliliters thick and is 16 ounces per square yard. It´s tear resistant, UV protected and will not wear out. Therefore, you can expect your Gorilla Sack to be ´ gorilla tough´ and last a lifetime!

We begin by unfolding, spreading out, and photographing each billboard. We want Gorilla Sack owners to know from exactly which billboard their bag was created!

We then carefully ascertain the best way to cut each pattern piece to maximize the creativity of each Gorilla Sack and begin cutting. |

After the billboard has been cut into the various pattern pieces, we wash them in industrial, large-capacity washing machines with Charlie´s Soap, which is safe for the environment, non-toxic and biodegradeable. We also use a small amount of bleach to disinfect the vinyls as well.

We then hand off the clean, pre-cut pieces to our mastersewers who create the finished product. Because our Gorilla Sacks are made here in the United Sates, they´re affordable. Our production is not blindly outsourced and our contract sewers work from the convenience of their homes. We minimize costs by using recycled materials and pass that savings on to you.
